Hi, I'm Sarah! Most days you can find me working from home, shuttling teenagers around, checking in on my girls, and then staying up way too late with a paintbrush or a notebook in my hand. I'm a midlife single Mom who cries at good music, talks to the sky like it's an old friend, and keeps accidentally turning my spirils into long captions.

Semi-Finsihed is what I am calling this season of my life. I am not polished or "arrived". I'm somewhere in the middle: healing from old stories, trying new things, messing up, laughing at myself, and collecting small bits of beauty along the way. This space will probably end up full of half-formed thoughts, art experiments, stories from my real life, and the kind of feelings most people only admit in the car.

I don't have advice so much as I have experiences, curiosity, and a heart that refuses to stay numb. If any of that sounds familiar...you are welcome to pull up a chair and sit in the middle with me.
